Wondering how space works?

Ive always been interesting in the unknown. Im an open minded kinda guy but at the same time in the very core of me im very scientific on how things work. I studied Engineering in highschool and a bit in College so the way I solve problems is sort of how I see the world. Its molded it into something new I guess. One thing in particular Ive always wondered is about how the world came to be. Its something i think about alot these days. I dont know if its because im getting old or maybe ive come into focus. Nontheless Ive begun to understand such ideas and how fascinating it has begun to unravel for me. I always check up on this site http://planetquest.jpl.nasa.gov/ to see how many official planets have been found outside our solar system. To think only a little more than a decade ago there were no planets officially found by us outside our own solar system. That is history making. I always go into these imaginary adventures in my head about  what if's. Imagine finding this information long before we did. What could the great minds of yester years could have come up with? These thing will always be the uknown but the thought that we will discover new things is always thrilling. Maybe im just a big nerd. Who knows. Well...i got philosophy tmr. Gotta sleep. Peace out!
